General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all mobile cat grooming services carried out by us (either at the customer’s home or in our professional grooming van).
By making an appointment, the customer agrees to these terms for all grooming treatments.
Service Area
Our mobile grooming service is available in all cities within the province of Zuid-Holland, as well as in Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Aalsmeer, Hoofddorp, and Utrecht.
Our operating base is located in The Hague.
Rates and Payment

- Travel costs: €0.50 per km (round trip), calculated from the city where we are working at that time.
- Parking: No additional parking fees will be charged.
- Payment: Payment must be made immediately after the treatment.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash or payment request (Tikkie).
- Card or credit card payments are not possible.
These terms apply to all types of appointments and treatments.

Cancellation and No-Show
- No fee will be charged if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
- 100% of the agreed treatment fee will be charged if:
- The customer cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment;
- The customer is not at home or unreachable at the agreed time;
- The treatment cannot take place because the cat is not accessible.
Responsibilities of the Cat Owner
- Health
If fleas or other parasites are detected during the treatment, a hygiene surcharge will apply for additional cleaning and disinfection of equipment and grooming vehicle. This is not a treatment, but purely a hygiene measure. - Safety and Accessibility
The customer must provide a safe, hygienic, and calm environment for the treatment.
Indoor/outdoor cats must be kept indoors well before the start of the appointment.
If the treatment cannot start within 15 minutes due to aggressive, stressed or inaccessible behaviour of the cat, the full fee may be charged. - Presence
The owner (or a responsible adult) must be present at the address for the entire duration of the grooming session. - Accuracy of Information
The customer must provide accurate information about the cat (breed, age, medical history) when booking the appointment. Any address changes or specific instructions must be communicated in advance.
Liability and Service Guarantee
- Limitation of Liability
Grooming treatments are carried out with care. If damage or injury occurs directly as a result of our actions, liability is limited to the invoiced amount of the relevant grooming treatment.
Risks resulting from pre-existing health conditions or severe matting are the responsibility of the owner. - Veterinary Care
If it becomes apparent during treatment that the cat requires medical attention, the session will be stopped immediately. All veterinary costs and associated expenses are to be borne by the owner. - Damage Caused by the Cat
The customer is liable for any damage or injury caused by the cat’s behaviour (e.g., injury to the groomer or damage to equipment or property). - Service Guarantee
If the cat cannot be fully groomed in one session (for example due to stress or aggression), a follow-up appointment can be scheduled within 1 to 2 weeks. The total treatment fee will be proportionally divided across the sessions.
Amendments and Applicable Law
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. By continuing to use our services after such changes, the customer agrees to the updated terms.
Dutch law applies to all agreements.
