The whole groom takes place inside a professionally fitted grooming van. It is more hygienic (the van is thoroughly cleaned after every appointment), calmer (no waiting room and no other animals), and simpler, because the salon parks right outside your door. Your cat is spared the journey, and you don’t need to free up any space at home.

No. The mobile salon is purpose-built as a quiet, enclosed space with nothing to startle your cat. There are no other animals and no loud noises. The groomer always works one-to-one and takes enough time for your cat to settle in.
We work from The Hague and groom cats in:
every city in South Holland, plus Amsterdam, Amstelveen and Utrecht.

An All-in groom (full coat treatment) costs €70.
It includes de-matting, nail trimming, coat care, a health check and personal advice.

Yes — travel costs are €0.50 per km (round trip) from the city we are working in at the time.
No — parking is never charged to you.
If fleas or other parasites are found during the appointment, a hygiene surcharge applies to cover the extra cleaning and disinfection of the grooming van. This is not a parasite treatment — it covers contamination prevention only.
Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Within 24 hours, or if nobody is there at the agreed time, 100% of the treatment fee is charged.
If the groom cannot be finished in one session because of stress or behaviour, a follow-up appointment can be booked within 1–2 weeks. This is charged at €35.
If severe matting is causing pain or restricting your cat’s movement, it may be urgent. Call us directly for an appointment within 24 hours. A €30 surcharge applies.
Yes. For kittens up to 6 months we offer an introduction session (€35), a playful first meeting with the grooming van. It makes future grooming visits far easier.
Payment is due immediately after the treatment.

Debit and credit cards are not accepted.
You don’t need to prepare a space if the groom takes place in the mobile salon. If the treatment happens indoors, please arrange:
– A quiet, easily accessible room
– That the cat is already indoors well before the appointment
– The owner, or a responsible adult, must be present
On average 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the condition of the coat and the cat’s behaviour.
Yes, as long as your vet has not advised against it. If you are unsure, please check with us first.
